She is survived by: her husband Stephen Stout of Chester, MD; her children, Richard Stout (Penny) of Stevensville, MD and Daphne Kardian (Mike) of Church Hill, MD; her brother Warfield Adams of Rehoboth Beach, DE; her grandsons, Nicholas Stout (Kristina) and Joseph Taylor, IV (Katie); and her great grandchild Michael Taylor.
