He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Burns; his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Eric Smith; his children, Barbara Pio and Michael; his daughter-in-law Antoinette Pio; his grandsons, Douglas Smith, Michael, Alex, Daniel and Dominic Pio; his brother Alan; his sister-in-law Karen Pio of Yorktown, NY; and his sister Cindy Pio of Florida. He is also survived by Nephews and grand nephews and nieces.
