He is survived by: his wife Diana Collins (Ludford); his children, Lori Gerard (Richard Gerard) of Tamworth, NH, Duane Collins (Julie), Loretta Collins (Jim) and Donald Collins of Oneida, NY; his grandchildren, Aimie, Melissa, Allison William, Gracie and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Arabella, Violet and Brayden.
