She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Condon and Nettie Evans Condon; her granddaughter Christina Crawford; her son-in-law Douglas Smith; and her siblings, John Condon, Marion Peek and Katherine Condon.
She is survived by: her husband Frank W. Conley; and her children, Karen Crawford of Vernon, Annette Smith of Floyd, John Conley (Patricia) of Wisconsin, Mark Conley (Pat Bortle) of Verona and David Conley (Sandra Hadlock) of Munnsville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, and cousins.
