He is survived by: his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Shannon Burns of Coldbrook; his daughters, Kristina DeFazio of Oneida and Tracey (Matthew Payne); his brother Gene; his sister-in-law Amy Mason of Vernon; his sister Sandra; his brother-in-law Robert Eisenberg of Oneida; his grandchildren, Sierra DeFazio, Christopher DeFazio, Tiffany Erb, Kristy Driscoll, Annabelle Payne, Mitchell Burns, Collin Burns (Amanda Dineen), Derek (Abigail Burns), Charlene Burns, Claire Burns and Chloe Burns; and his great grandchildren, Ivory Tornatore, Mason James Burns, Brynnamae Burns, Shane Dietrich, Austin Erb, Justin Erb and Boga. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
