With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bridget Hart (Vernon, New York), who passed away on June 9, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Howard; her children, Dennis (Maryann), Doreen Stewart (Patrick), Donna, Linda Bauer (Fred), Irene Lennon (Francis), Nancy Reid (Lawrence) and Patrick (Kimberly); and her grandchildren, Erin, Dennis, Shannon, Dawn, Daniel, Steven, Keri, Sean, Linda, Kristy, Fred, Kyle, Tyler, Amber, Kelly, Cameron, Sydney, Julia and Leah.
