He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelly and Mary Keese Kelly; his sisters, Mary Kelley, Helen Kelly and Winifred Clark, Sr.; his niece Carolyn Clark Ingram; and his nephew John Kelly.

He is survived by: his brother Joseph. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to remember Lawrence F. Kelly may make memorial contributions to St. Bernard's Church in care of the Fortune Keough Funeral Home.
