James Billups Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Billups of Verbank, New York, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 20, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Audrey Billups, Jr. (Bugg). He is survived by: his mother-in-law Virginia Billups; his children, James R. Billups, IV (Amy), Jason Billups, Audrey Billups, Andrea Morra (Christopher), Alicia Billups and Amanda Billups-Mueller (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Michael, Brielle, Mason, Seraphina and Bigler.
