He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Dawn Smith (Frank), Jennifer Flynn and Jerry Adams (Arinda); his stepchildren, Debbie Guernsey (Brendan) and Jimi Flynn (Justine); his sisters, Diane Long (Thomas) and Sandy Annetts (Paul); his grandchildren, Brett Cherubini, Ian Jansen, Ryan Guernsey, Ariana Adams and Grace Flynn; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Cherubini, Nathan and Isabella Jansen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
