He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Schloss and Alberta Schloss (Hagen); his son Christopher Schloss; and his siblings, Francis "Butch" Schloss and Shirley Gawron.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Witkowski (Michael) of Java Center and Jason Schloss of Arcade; and his sister Linda Shiltz (late Francis "Homer") of Bennington, NY. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
