He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance David and Frances Bean Richards. He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Mark J. Richards (Petra) of Denver, CO, Frank R. Richards of Lakewood, CO, Vance J. Richards Jr. (Christi) of Scottsdale, AZ, David Richards of San Diego, CA, Kim Hanson (Robert) of St and Adele Brod of Herkimer; and his siblings, Sherwood Richards (Dawn) of Farmington and Joyce Parker of Yarmouth, ME. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
