We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2021, at the age of 83, Vivian Pacheco of Valley Stream, New York, born in Queens, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Earle Cesar Hogans and William Dennis Hogans; her husband William Joseph Pacheco; her stepchild Leslie LeGuillow (Stephan); and her brother Bill.

She is survived by: her stepchild Rochelle Rozier; her great grandchild Elysa; and her sisters, Shirley Turner, Joan Jones, Dr. Linda Hall and Gail Reed. She is also survived by her sisters, children, grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
