He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick and Doris; and his brother Eugene. He is survived by: his daughter Christine; his son-in-law John; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Lizzy), Toni-Ann (Christopher) and John; his great grandchild Emilia; his daughter Karen (Joe); his grandchildren, Joseph, Travis and Nicole; his great grandchild Giavonna; and his close friends, Ronnie Mastrangelo and Ray Fayet.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The New York Firefighters Burn Center Foundation, an organization for which Tom felt strongly.
