She was predeceased by: her husband Adolph I. Hoffman; her parents, Paul Fred Wuerth and Marguerite Wuerth; her brothers, Roland Alexander Wuerth, Wolfgang Lloyd Wuerth and Paul Ernst Wuerth; and her daughter Linda Barbara Hoffman.
She is survived by: her son Fred Paul Hoffman; her daughter-in-law Lana Finn Jacoby; and her grandchildren, Colleen Theresa Hoffman, Philip George Jacoby and Oksana Jacoby-Hoffman.
