She is survived by: her husband William; her grandchildren, Angelique (Peewee), Danielle (Hicky) and Darren (Mushy); her close friends, Joann, Sandra, Rose, Celeste and Jean; her children, Devora Gordy (Sean), Angelique Johnson (Robert), Danielle Jackson and Darren Jackson (Monique); her siblings, Darletta Jackson, Darryl Edmonds and Duane Edmonds; her stepmother Bernice Edmonds; her grandchildren, Kathea, Jahdeira, Heru, Jamel, Christian, Kendl, Kaelin, Imani, Autumn, Amaya, Zenaiya, Prince and Madison; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Samara, Noah, Victoria, Rashaad, Kyree and Jayden; her sisters-in-law, Brenda Clarke, Sharon Moses, Sandra Huff, Rose Burke and Celeste Washington; and her nieces and nephews, Tawanda Thomas and Aaron Thomas.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church (114-44 Merrick Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
