He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemente Matias Sr. and Maria Baez. He is survived by: his wife Monserrate Matias; his daughters, Deanna Spearin and Frances Fohnsbee; his granddaughter Casey McAvoy; his great grandchildren, McKenna and Everly McAvoy; and his siblings, Sari Fassano, Titi Matias, James and Stanley Matias. He is also survived by his 7 God children, a multitude of nieces and nephews and many friends.
