She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Smith, Patricia Prelusky (Andy) and Jeffrey Lotocke (Karin Handrakis); and her grandchildren, Alison Prelusky (Kevin Brew) and Andrew Prelusky (Jacquelyne). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
