She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. II and Etta M. Blakely, II (Salisbury); her sister Gale; and her brother-in-law Bob Rose. She is survived by: her husband Russell F. Derby of Valley Falls; her children, Russell S. (Marion Derby), Lynn D. (Michael DeFruscio) and Matthew J. (Marie Derby); and her brother William J. Blakely, III of Johnsonville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
