She was predeceased by: her husband John B. McCarthy. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Costantino and Heidi McCarthy; her sons-in-law, Tony Costantino and Ed Knyfd; and her grandchildren, Nick Costantino, Meghan Roy Clegg, Erin Carter, Paul, Crosby, Magnolia Clegg, Jameson, Micah, Silas and Ezra Carter.
