She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carty and Mary Carty; her husband Howard R. Haynes; her daughter Carol A. Loughran; her grandson Paul Levine; and her siblings, James Carty and Eileen Curran.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Levine (Donald), James Haynes (Kathleen), Catherine Cirrone (Chris) and Linda Mathis (Michael); her grandchildren, Michael, Steven Levine, Ryan, Daniel Loughran, Patrick, Maryanne, Connor Haynes, James, Philip Cirrone, Corryn, Clare and Kate Mathis; her great grandchildren, Finn, Kairi and Sophie Loughran; and her siblings, Theresa Moylan and Thomas Carty.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
