We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2018, at the age of 76, James Norris (Valley Cottage, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his brother Robert Norris of Valley Cottage; his niece Christy Blanchette of Valley Cottage; his nephew Robert J. Norris of Georgia; and also, Margaret Norris of Valley Cottage, Robert Blanchette of Valley Cottage, Jack and Camille.
