Edward Whalen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2020, at the age of 82, Edward Whalen (Valley Cottage, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Whalen and Catherine Whalen; his brother Harry (Reggie); his sister-in-law Lucille Whalen; his sister Patricia (Patti); his brother-in-law Joel Lapointe; his sister Mary Good (Micki); and his wife Marilou Mayetta Whalen.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon; his son-in-law Troy Gifford of Wilbraham, MA; his daughters, Maura Whalen of Amherst, MA and Amy; his son-in-law Patrick O'Meara of New Rochelle, NY; his grandchildren, Timothy, Bethany, Luke Whalen-Sylver, Riley Whalen, Stephanie, John Martin and Sean O'Meara; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Ethan Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ed's memory may be made to Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, 4000 Morikami Park Road, Delray Beach, FL 33446.
