He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Casey Winters and Louise Winters (Hartmouth); his wife Carmella Winters (Dolly Saldi); his son William Winters II (Bill); his daughter-in-law Aleksadra Winters; his brothers-in-law, John Saldi (Donna) and Nicholas Saldi (Kathryn); his nephew John Nicholas Saldi (Jolie); his nieces, Rachel Paquette (Steve), Diana Sinnott (Robert) and Jenna Saldi; his cousin Vivian Cronin (Robert); and his goddaughter Dawn White.
