He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Zevola and Mary Zevola; and his brothers, Timothy and Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Patricia Gibbons (Michael), Elizabeth Ferrari (Richard), Maryellen Wiebke (Eric) and Margaret Brown (Andrew); his grandchildren, Katherine Stanley (John), Brian Gibbons, Melissa Strid (Timothy), Daniel Gibbons, Michael Gibbons, Stephen Ferrari (Nicole), Robert Gibbons, Kevin Wiebke, Steven Brown, Jacqueline Brown, Thomas Wiebke, Allison Wiebke, Douglas Brown and Emily Wiebke; his great grandchildren, Madison, Emma, Hailey Strid, Lucas, Benjamin and James Stanley; and his brother Daniel Zevola. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Friends of Karen.

“I knew Bob Zevola when he was the Postmaster in Monsey, New York. I got to know him because I worked in the same office as him sometimes. I found that he was a very likeable person. He was there prior to the downsizing of the Rockland Facility. We had some laughs and I just want to let his family know, that he was my boss but I thought he was a nice gentleman. We were excessed out of Rockland in 1996 and I think he retired in 1997. Rest in peace Bob and prayers to your family.”
