He was predeceased by: his parents, James Levins and Catherine Levins; and his siblings, Henry, James Levins and Mary Levins.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Levins of Valhalla, N. Y.; his children, PJ Levins of Hawthorne, N. Y., Maureen Levins-Fraietta of Valhalla, N. Y. and Siobhan Levins of Tarrytown, N. Y.; his sister Catherine Toomey; and his grandchildren, Joseph Patrick, Nina Catherine, Delia Mary and Brendan James. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
