With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maura McDermott of Valhalla, New York, born in Ushers, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John McDermott (Roscommon) of Co; her parents, Thomas and Mae; and her siblings, Tommy, Sean, Seamus, Liam, Kathleen and Deirdre.
She is survived by: her children, Deirdre Gibbons (Raymond), Vincent (Tracy) and Kathleen Mannion (Thomas); and her brothers, Paddy, Desi and Brian.
