He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Mignini and Margaret Mignini; his former wife Oak Street; and his siblings, Dominick, Jr. Mignini (Sonny), Lena Ciaramello and Ann D'Ottavio.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Mignini; his children, Len Mignini (Andrea) of Cornwall, N. Y. and Annmarie Mignini of Valhalla, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Kristian and Kassandra Mignini. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
