The passing of Joan E Snow of Valhalla, New York, born in White Plains, New York leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" P. Snow; her parents, William McCarthy and Margaret McCarthy (Griffin); and her brother John McCarthy. She is survived by: her children, Donna (Art), John (Terri), Austin (Stephanie), Michael (Sheri) and Kerri (Tom); and her sisters, Patricia McCarthy and Margaret "Peggy" Fornara. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Hawthorne Funeral Home (21 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jesus Church (2 Broadway, Valhalla, NY 10595). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
