She was predeceased by: her parents, Felice Tranchese and Olympia Tranchese. She is survived by: her daughters, Lillian and Adriana (Steve); her grandchildren, Andrew (Katelyn), Alexandra and Raffaele; her great grandchildren, Zach and Abby; her siblings, Frank (Barbara) and Camille; and her husband Andrew. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and god children.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jesus Church (2 Broadway, Valhalla, NY 10595). A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations in Connie's memory be made to the RAINN Organization. Make a donation to one of the following charities in remembrance of Concetta DePalma.
