He is survived by: his children, Neno Philogene of New Haven, CT, Darlene Philogene (Geoffrey McKenszie) of Mount Vernon, NY, Danielle Philogene of White Plains, NY and Billie Roye of Waldorf Maryland; his grandchildren, Sasha Cotto of Mount Vernon, NY, Chaquel Roye of Alexandria, VA and Leighton Roye Jr. (Tempest Roye) of Jacksonville, FL; and his great grandchildren, Eryn Webb of Mount Vernon, NY and Maxwell Roye of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by stepchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
