He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam Maris Ederma; his brother Heinz Martin Ederma; his parents, Bruno Carl Immannuel Ederma and Erika Drake Ederma; his stepmother Edith Ederma; his brother-in-law Ülo Pessa; his parents-in-law, Harald Kikas and Lydia Kikas; his sister-in-law Kaarina Ederma Duffy; and his cousin Ruti Duffy.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Karin Vivu Pessa; his niece Ingrid Pessa; his daughter Karin Erika Lee; his grandsons, Christopher and Scott Lee; his granddaughter-in-law Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Meredith and Connor; his daughter Tiina Inge Naumowicz (Peter Naumowicz); his grandchild Lauren Hubbard; his grandsons-in-law, Lucas and Nicholas; his son Erik Arvo Ederma (Sara Ederma); his grandchildren, Micah and Jonah; his sister-in-law Ülle Ederma; his extended family Joseph Duffy; his cousins, John, Mimi Kline and Erika Drake; and also, Madalyn, Holden, Tereze and Ieva.
