He was predeceased by: his mother Ann VanWagner. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy E. Nelmes (Huvar); his stepfather Richard VanWagner; his children, Shannon VanWagner, Brittany, Makayla Hevessy and Stephen; his siblings, Wayne, Lori, Chrissy and Kathleen; and his grandchildren, Kaylee VanWagner, Joseph Hevessy and Michael Hevessy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
