He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hendricks and Bessie Hendricks (Smith); his daughter Tonya Petaway; his siblings, Linda Forman, Terry Hendricks, Robin Hendricks, Shirley Hendricks, Thomas and Stephen Hendricks; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Ashley, Adrian and Alex Petaway.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Cason; his children, Sonya Ezenekwe, Tamara Sampson and William R. Hendricks, Jr. (Rochelle); and his siblings, Doris Griffin of Utica, Roy Hendricks (Romaine), NJ, James Hendricks and Ronald J. Tarver, Sr. (Christine) of Albany, NY. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
