He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pappas and Lillian Pappas (Smith); and his brother-in-law John Lasagna. He is survived by: his wife Angela M. Lasagna; his pet Flash; his daughter Dianne; his son-in-law Michael Nassar; his grandchildren, Michael Nassar and Alexis Nassar; his sister-in-law Sondra Lasagna; his nephew Brian Lasagna; and his niece Beth Turk.

Being a TV engineer, he was on the cutting edge of technology, always having the latest computer and using his iPad throughout the pandemic to FaceTime his family nightly.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Bill's name may be made to Anita's Stevens-Swan Humane Society (http://www.anitas-sshs.org).
