He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Decker and Edna Decker (Fregen); his daughter Jeanine Bay; and his siblings, LeElla Jones, Elaine Decker, Norma Ellis and Richard Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Gail; his sons, Randy Decker (Laurie) and David Decker (Denise); his grandchildren, Cameron Spanfelner, Claire, Derek, Ryan, Brandon Decker and Joseph Bellafonte; and his great grandchild Easton Spanfelner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
