He was predeceased by: his parents, Franjo Vodanovic and Maria Butter Vodanovic; and his former spouse Gordana Vasiljevic. He is survived by: his wife America; his children, Suzana Vodanovic-Jovanovic and Mario; his daughter-in-law Adina Vodanovic of Utica; his grandchildren, Bojan (Stephanie), Rastko, Emma and Erik; and his siblings, Branka, Vesna and Josip.
