It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Veronica V. Femia (Utica, New York), who passed away on October 28, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Duda; her mother-in-law Natale; and her niece Joanne DiNigro. She is survived by: her parent Agnes Duda (Nawja); her spouse Frank J. Femia; her daughter Patricia "Pat"; her son-in-law Thomas Hawkins; her sons, Frank N. "Ronnie" (Debra Femia) and Ronald "Ronnie" (Michelle Femia); her grandchildren, Tricia Pezdek, Matt Pezdek, Kimberly Capasso, Michael Capasso, Jaime George, Joe George, Frank Femia, Lisa Femia Hou (Joe Hou), Ron Femia, Kate Femia, Alexandra "Alex" and Luke Miller; her great grandchildren, Michael, Emmy, Olivia, Joseph, Milana and Gabriela; her sister Gladys S. Williams; her nieces and nephews, John Carvelli, Bonnie Carvelli, Sandra Collins and Michael Collins; and her sister-in-law Rose Bucciero. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
