He is survived by: his mother Helen Smith; his siblings, Charles Phillips, Jr., Genghis Phillips, Thedius Love, Vanetta Phillips, Amirh Phillips, Fanta Garland and Payosha Phillips; and his children, June Umali Phillips, Raaya Phillips, Kamiya Phillips, Keshawn Phillips, Alianna Phillips, Shyanna Howard, Zakiya Ball, Xzavier Ball, Jesiyah Ball and Ramair Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
