He is survived by: his parents, Joseph D. Batson and Janet Batson (Fallon); his wife Cathy; his daughter Tia Smith (Justin); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Jameson, Eleanor, Makenzie and Camden; his stepdaughter Amanda Karboski (Stephen Jr.); his granddaughter Reese Margaret; and his sisters, Laura McGill (Chet) and Meg Batson (Matt Tabinor). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Tim's name may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society and the Connecticut Humane Society.
