She was predeceased by: her parents, Jadwiga Wolkonowski (Mironowicz) and John Wolkonowski; her husband Romuald Zakrzewski (Ray); her parents-in-law, Theodore and Bridget Zakrzewski; her sister Stephanie Kozak; and her siblings-in-law, John Kozak, Wanda, Bernard Cambridge, Ida, Kenneth Thomas, Joseph Duggan and James Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Marie Markwardt; her son-in-law Karl Markwardt; her sister Mary Ann Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Antoinette, Frank Golembiowski and Teresa Duggan. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Remembrances in Theresa's name may be made to the Holy Trinity Memorial Fund.
