She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Kitlas and Mary Kitlas (Mazgioles); her husband Joseph Jadlowski; her son John; her brothers, Lt. Colonel Albert Kitlas and Francis "Hank" Kitlas; and her nephew Jeffrey Kitlas.
She is survived by: her son Jerry (Theresa Ricci) of Kayuta Lake; and her friends, Marie Greco, Terry Mack, Joan Carroll, Pam Wondro, Maryann Hughes, Rita Davis and Carolyn Baron.
