He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwik Kubinski and Mary Kubinski (Keida); and his brother Louis Kubinski. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bialek; his son Theodore, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Tonya Kubinski; his grandchildren, Trinity Kubinski and Theodore Kubinski, III; his brother Edward; his sister-in-law Mania Kubinski; and his sister Louise Nowak. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
