He is survived by: his parent Carolyn; his wife Maureen; his son Jackson Rakes; his siblings, Mandy Segur and Ian Depasquale; his aunt Mary Ann; his uncle Dan Libby; his nephew Jason Clary; his mother-in-law Kathy A. Kain; his siblings-in-law, Shawn, Diane Kain, Barry, Kimberly Kain, Brendan and Lindsey Kain; his cousins, Nichole Dousharm (Bob) and Eric Libby; and his friend Jim Polizzi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
