She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Frate and Elizabeth Tucciarone Frate; her husband Daniel J. Antonuk; and her sister Yolanda Woods. She is survived by: her siblings, Rose O. Frate of Utica and Philip Frate, Jr. of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
