He is survived by: his significant other Margarita Acevedo; his siblings, William "June" Hawkins, Jr. (Luz), Betaile Hawkins, Sr. (Constance), Marie Collins (Michael) and Rachel Alexander (Kevin); his children, Shauna Hawkins (North Carolina) of Utica, NY, Danielle of Utica, NY, Chenita Hawkins (Mississippi) of Utica, NY, Lo'real Hawkins of Utica, NY, Sharie Hawkins of Utica, NY, Sylvester Hawkins, Jr. (Mississippi) and Jayvian Hawkins (Tennessee); and his goddaughter Chy-Onna Hawkins. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, numerous cousins, and friends.
