He was predeceased by: his parent Alice Catherine Phelan (Hahn). He is survived by: his father Donald Phelan; his stepmother Karen Phelan; his daughters, Shannon and Samantha; and also, Connie Dakus, Michael Dakus, Diane Nadeau and Richard Nadeau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
