She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wolak and Mary Wolak (Ciolek); her son-in-law Robert; and her siblings, Joseph, Frank, Catherine and Helen.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dawn, Brian, June, Mark and Susan. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
