He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Czternastek and Helen Czternastek (Kolic); his son Philip Czternastek; his stepchildren, Nathan Johnston and Shannon Brown; his sister Rose Czternastek; his nephews, Randy and Thomas Czternastek; his great-nephews, Peyton, Kody, Brayden and Keagan; and his brothers, Joseph and Richard.
