He is survived by: his children, Sebastian "Mike" II (Kimberly "Kim" Convertino), Suzanne "Sue" (Gregory "Greg" Harrison) and John Forrest Convertino (Anna Maria Convertino); his granddaughter Alexandra Convertino-Gerard (Adam); his wife Gabrielle Harrison; his siblings, Frank J. (Edith "Bette" Convertino), Nancy (John A. Potenza, Sr.) and Anna Maria "Ann" (Robert Leach); and his nieces and nephews, John, Gail Convertino, David Leach, Kathy Leach, Michael Cleveland, Patricia, Joseph Rizzo Jr., Robert "Bobby" Leach, Rosemary, Mitch Berkowitz, Dr. Vito, Ann Potenza, Dr. Mark S., Theresa Potenza, John, Jr. and Jean Potenza. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins; and many special friends.
