Sandra Regina (Koons) Jetter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2025, at the age of 78, Sandra Regina (Koons) Jetter of Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Koons and Betty Koons; her husband Arlington Pennock Jetter; and her siblings-in-law, Philip Jetter, Richard Mallery, Keith Hundley, Michele Jetter and Elizabeth Koons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Jetter (Gerard San Gemino), Kimberly Jetter and Tiffany Jetter-Mace (Hayley Jetter-Mace); her grandson Maxwell Jetter San Gemino; her siblings, Brian Koons and Martha Mallery; her siblings-in-law, James Jetter (Kim Jetter) and Binnie Hundley; her nephews, David and Scott Koons; and her niece Heather Backman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kessler Burn and Trauma Center at Strong Memorial Hospital, Oneida Health Extended Care Facility, and the Sierra Club in her memory.
